mixed experience but decent location
The room was spacious and very clean with a comfy bed. The kitchenette had everything I needed for meal prep which made my stay convenient. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety and the staff were friendly and attentive.
The air conditioning struggled a bit during the warmer days leaving the living area slightly uncomfortable.

The Nesuto Mount Apartments in Perth impressed me with their proximity to the CBD and King’s Park. A short 5-minute walk up Jacob’s Ladder offered stunning views in the mornings. The apartment had a comfortable atmosphere with a well-equipped kitchenette. I enjoyed the cozy bed and modern amenities, including excellent Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet was a delight, providing both hot and cold dishes with a variety of choices. Staff at reception were welcoming and helpful, particularly when I had questions about local attractions. the apartment itself felt a bit cramped at times, especially with limited natural light in the living area. The balcony overlooked the main road and was quite noisy due to traffic, making it less than ideal for relaxation. The air conditioning struggled slightly during the heatwave, often leaving the living area uncomfortably warm. While I appreciated the rental bikes for exploring the city, a little more maintenance throughout the building would go a long way toward enhancing the overall experience.

Opt for a room facing the back for peace and quiet away from traffic noise.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, which made it a decent choice for longer stays. the kitchenette had enough room for preparing meals, and the bathroom had great water pressure for a refreshing shower after a long day. This place is conveniently located near the convention center and just a ten-minute walk to shops and various dining options, making it practical for both work and bite-sized adventures.
The internet was unexpectedly expired upon arrival, which caused unnecessary hassle during the stay. maintenance issues such as a faulty power switch for the TV and an unwelcome cockroach on the last night added to a list of administrative mishaps that detracted from an otherwise solid visit. While the stifling heat in the kids' room made for uncomfortable nights, the small pool felt more like an oversized backyard splash zone than a hotel amenity.

Here’s what works – and what doesn’t
The staff was incredibly friendly! Clean and spacious apartments, with excellent amenities, such as a well-equipped kitchen and awesome hot water pressure.
We experienced a bit of road noise at night. Meanwhile, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, which made browsing challenging.

Spacious apartments with great amenities
I had a lovely stay in a well-furnished two-bedroom apartment that perfectly catered to my family's needs. The living area was notably spacious, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up meals. I especially appreciated the underground parking and the convenience of having a bus stop right outside to reach the city center quickly. One downside was the slight noise from the expressway nearby, which was a bit distracting at times.

Had an awesome time with my friends here! The location was perfect for getting to the Convention Centre and checking out Elizabeth Quay. The free CAT bus made exploring the area a breeze. Our apartment was spacious and had great kitchen amenities. The front desk staff were super friendly and always ready to help.
The only downside was that the furniture seemed a bit outdated, and we struggled with the weak shower pressure during our stay.
